Serving at Gold & Ministry
A mentor is someone who wants to openly share their story to teach those who may be struggling with the same or similar issues that they have experienced. The mentor can share their mistakes and their successes. We learn from each other so the mentor should have a positive message that the listener can learn from. Sharing the experience to let the listener know that their struggles do not have to define them. And that they are not alone.
